Prepare a pot put 250 ml of water,
1/2 tsp salt & 1 tbsp sugar cooked until the butter melts then add it
160gr of flour. then stir until smooth. let the dough cool,
let it cool quickly in the mixer for a while then add 1/2 tsp of baking powder and shake it off
3 eggs beaten and then gradually enter into the mixture and in the mixer until the mixture thickens.
Ready to make dry milk, put the dough in a plastic bag and use a small syringe.
Now, because the top of the eclairs is not neat, trim it slowly with a finger that has been moistened with water. Now ready to bake.
Once cooked, make a hole in the eclairs and add the chocolate. The filling can be inside the eclairs or outside. Free according to your taste.
